Sthlm Day 19... Our last....

Goodbye, STHLM!

Had another lovely Non Solo session, said goodbye to our Zaza & adored co-writer Daniel Filipsson.

Saw a US astronaut at the mall as well as some yummy chocolate!

This Carbonara dish is too good for words.

Bought a shit ton of candy for friends, practiced hand-skiing down the stroller ramps.

Then had a kick ass halve priset NuevoAsian dinner at Monarki with Fred.  So funny that we ran into Carl two days in a row!

Pan-seared white fish with risotto balls, edamame, roe, and horseradish. wow.

Thai brulee with lemongrass, lime, pineapple and mint.  Delicious.

Really hope FMH keeps moving up the charts!

STHLM Day 18

Today was a day of awesomeness.

Woke up to heavy snowfall!  Swedes hated it, but we loved it!

First thing: we got picked up in a cab to NRJ radio station and did our first radio interview in Sweden.  It was a blast meeting Hakim & Knappen, the top radio show, and we were delighted to play Follow Me Home Live acoustic with our Tenori-On, Talkbox, MicroKorg setup.

They had the nice Rammstein dildo box set. LOL

Then we had an awesome Korean lunch with Julius.

Then a 2 hour walk.  Darn Slut Reas....I didn't need another faux fur coat!  What's wrong with me???

Vichauvrian Man

Vitruvian Matt

Then we went to Universal to meet with Nikeisha & Alexandra for filming and interviewing for Nikeisha's blog.

Then we had a lovely traditional Swedish dinner with Sank the Tank and checked out Manifest 2011.  This was at Nalen - gorgeous venue and delectable restaurant.  The ghee caramelized butter and cloudberries!!!!  Wow.  The whole time, feeling so inspired and grateful for these last few weeks.  Manifesting has been a big part of our lives so it was very synchronicitous to be at an event by that name.

Then we met up with more friends at Supper - an amazing nuevo latino underground spot.

Matt & Gisela

Chau & Julius

2 more days left!!! :(  But we are looking forward to the LA sun and our puppies.  I have a feeling we will be frequenting this year and very snart.

STHLM Day 17

Wowza, another action-filled day!!!

We ate vegetarian so that's good...

Our fave drinks: Hallon Drycka and Swedish Lattes

Spent most of the day cramming for our radio interview/performance tomorrow.  We will be doing an acoustic version of Follow Me Home on NRJ with our talkbox, microKorg, and Tenori-On - can't wait!  Took awhile to program my Tenori-On, but great practice and each song will get easier.

Then we had a yummy Indian dinner but had to miss our friend Gisela Andersson's birthday.  Big puss to her!

And gladly received some more blog love!!!!

STHLM Day 16

Another awesome day, but eating too much.  Want to get everything in before we have to leave - our trips go by so fast!

Our first single is officially released on iTunes.  Here is the official Press Release.

We had yummy soja lattes (they don't burn them hot like in America) and walked to St.Eriksplan where we met Ilya Knocdown again to work on a new sick track called "Kosmosik".  First we had a Sushi/Thai buffet - yummy - great STHLM meal deal!

Haven't seen a movie in a long time, so went to see some fave actors in Green Hornet which was so fun!!!!  The best was ordering "Snacks" - we love those!

STHLM Day 15

Woke up to exciting news:  Giorgio Tsoukalos of Ancient Aliens on the History Channel knows we exist!!!!  And hopefully there can be a collaboration in the future.  That would be an amazing sync/cross-promotion situation.  He could get a hip/music audience, and we can reach out to other UFOlogists...perfecto.

I think the folks at Gizmodo will love our new video too, it has exceeded all of our expectations and we can't wait to show it to you.

Downstairs from our hotel is a lovely Ekologisk (Organic) Cafe.  We had yummy quinoa dishes with salad, some of the best hummus I've ever tasted, and organic sparkling Elderflower juice.   yummy!!!!

And today is Shellback's Birthday.  We had a yummy Lebanese feast at Cafe Beirut, and had fun getting him presents.  So much yumminess: fried halloumi, grilled halloumi, vegetarian stew, salad, green beans, spinach pie, meat pie, some egg roll thing, tabbouli, tahini, spicy hummous, olives, lambchops, lentils, sesame chicken, chicken wings, grape leaves, and grilled artichokes...the BEST!!!!

STHLM Day 14

This week we NRJ's Smash Hit!!!!  This is really exciting for us - what a great trip filled with amazing experiences.  We are cherishing every moment as we know the political turmoil that is abundant right now and all the cataclysmic weather.  This could be the end so we want as much time as possible feeling good, and spreading positivity and love....and our human gift of creativity.

so...Nailing down the video, almost done!

Loving chocolate balls.

Soooo many tracks to work with, we will have enough songs 5 EPS - hahaha!  Ideally I would love to release one every other month.

Also scheduling our first radio interview...it will be Friday morning 9:30 AM STHLM time on NRJ - so stay tuned.

Then we got to visit with Zaza for dinner at the SoppKok - it sounds funny in English but is really pronounced SeupScheuck (soup Kitchen)  really awesome soup.  We had thai curry coconut noodle ones...but next time I'm getting the Orange soup with Mango in it!!!

These trips always go by fast, and now it's our last week.  But I have a feeling we will be frequenting STHLM, and hopefully some other European countries.  Let's hope Follow Me Home can chart and get us some buzz around the world!!!!
